We are hiring the founding pharmacy, quality, and operations team for an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility coming to the Intermountain West. Early hires set the SOPs, the culture, and the standard.
Pharmacist-in-charge candidate for a 503B sterile compounding facility. Owns batch release, USP <797>/<800> oversight, and aseptic process verification. Idaho or multi-state licensure preferred; sterile compounding and 503B experience strongly preferred.
Build and own the quality system from a blank page. Responsibilities span cGMP compliance, FDA 503B inspection readiness, validation, deviation and CAPA management, and the supplier quality program. Prior 503B, sterile fill-finish, or aseptic processing leadership required.
Stand up the production floor. Responsible for facility build-out, production scheduling, materials and cold-chain logistics, and the operations team as we scale from first batch through commercial supply. Background in sterile injectables manufacturing or 503B operations preferred.
Hands-on sterile compounding technician for daily production. Aseptic technique, gowning discipline, and meticulous documentation are the job. Idaho pharmacy technician registration and prior sterile compounding experience preferred; we will train the right candidate.
